RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUND & EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at will@1717golfclub.com.

 

At The 1717 Club LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. This only applies to items that are unworn. We reserve the right to deny a return to anyone who abuses the policy. Customers will be sent a shipping label free of charge. Customer must drop return off at USPS, UPS, or FEDEX location depending on label. Once we receive your return/exchange your funds/exchange will be sent within 1-3 business days.

RETRUNS ARE NOT EXCEPTED FOR EVENT SALES. A REFUND MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT AFTER THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
